How we work

We have different options how to work together. We can do all the work: from market research to final delivery at your doorstep. We could visit factories together… We could just do the QC (Quality Control). We could hand over FOB (Free on Board) price and pull back… We could do the design work for you… We are open for business. Lets discuss the option how we could make this work for you. Many Many Many customers have gone before you… so I am sure we will find a way to to cooperate that benefits you most.

Steps in the development to that desirable products are:

Product Development and Design

We strongly believe in a clear vision… where do you want this product to be in the market… what pricelevel do you want to hit… Where are you going to sell it… When we have answers to these questions…..and about 1000 more questions… we understand your vision and we can start.

Concepts and Samples

We start to make sketches, designs, mock ups, 3D drawings… it takes some time.. but after your approval we have a more clear direction. ( and know… you are free to change that vision at all times… it is your product… you are the boss)

Design Refinement

At this stage we work towards a final design. What do you want…. Embroidery or just print… an extra pocket.. or no… Bit smaller, bit bigger… We are now getting into finalizing the direction.

Factory Selection

Based on your final approved design and tech pack. (Technical description of your product) we will invite our trusted factories to come up with a price. Again… we do not just approach any factory… we will cherry pick for you in advance.

Samples / Prototype

We concretize your idea, design and direction and make a first sample. All based on your BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal – A BHAG is a big hairy audacious goal that helps create focus and divergence from the crowd, gives your company a daunting task that makes those involve cringe with doubt. Gives you a Mount Everest, then when that’s climbed you move to another Mountain peak goal.)

Final Approval and Production

When all is good, you give your final approval to go into production..
Throughout this process, we maintain open lines of communication with you.

Production Quality Control

We can service you with different levels of QC (Quality Control).We have a team in China that can do the job. We have Europeans that can do the job… You can even go there yourself… up to you…

Packaging and Delivery

Somewhere in the middle we also discuss packaging and Master cartons more into detail… How many per box. Biodegradable bags.. clamp packing.. Poly Bag.. Full color promotional packaging.. up to you..

Shipment and Support

When the ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) comes in, we will guide you through the shipment and we can service you with all necessary things that go along with importing goods. We are here to help.

Delivery

We expect al lto go according to plan.. we are there when the goods hit the shore and these goodies finally end up in your warehouse, ready to be dispatched. No surprises, just great products… as expected.
